Designed for ultra-low level sulfur analysis of diesel, petrol (gasoline) and other fuels, the Rigaku Micro-Z ULSD sulfur analyzer and wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) instrument features a novel design that measures both the sulfur peak and the background intensity. The sulfur analyzer's ability to measure and correct for changes in background intensity delivers superior calibrations and enhanced real world precision. With a lower limit of detection (LLD) of 0.3 ppm S, Rigaku Micro-Z ULS sulfur-in-oil analyzer complies with ASTM 2622-10, ISO 20884 and JIS K2541-7 methods.

Micro-Z ULSD Analyzer is fully compliant with ASTM D2622, ASTM D7039, providing both standard method and refined methodology.
The Rigaku Micro-Z ULS is specifically designed for non-technical users, all operations – from calibration through routine analysis – can be performed via the easy-to-use interface. The analyzer can be powered by any standard “wall” AC outlet.
The Rigaku Micro-Z ULS is ideal as a benchtop instrument with unit dimensions of 450 x 410 x 440 mm and 18 x 16 x 17 inches
The Rigaku Micro-Z ULS uses a single measurement position (std. 35 mm cup) which translates to lower running and consumable costs for the lifetime of the unit.
The Rigaku Micro-Z ULS includes an external vacuum pump which aids in the consistent delivery of the high sensitivity measurements.Accessories
