features__simple operatonAll eralytics analyzers use an intuitive menu structure that is easy to navigate. Samples need no prior preparation and measurements are done fully automated.
A direct out-of-the-box connection to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is established with a standard Ethernet cable. No extra software or PC are necessary.
features__footprintThe small footprint of the eralytics instruments makes them the first choice for use in the lab and on-site.
features__touch screenAll Eralytics analyzer results are displayed immediately after the test on their large and user-friendly color touch screen.
features__high precisionThe outstanding precision of the ERAVAP is the result of combining the innovative measurement cell design with a choice of cutting-edge instrument parts. Among those count a self-lubricating piston drive, a built-in shaker motor and state-of-the-art solenoid valves that prevent cross contamination between samples. The ERAVAP instrument clearly outperforms the standard methods in terms of repeatability and reproducibility. (r = 0.3 kPa, R = 0.7 kPa).
features__portableThe Eralytics units are all lightweight and built with an integrated carrying handle, they are versatile and ideally suited for mobile applications as well.

ERAVAP LPG / Liquefied petroleum gas

LPG pressure.
Built for 2000 kPa.

Double the standard operating range
1 mL sample, five minutes per measurement

ERAVAP LPG vapor pressure tester with pressurized sample cylinder

Introducing the ERAVAP LPG: advanced vapor pressure testing for liquefied petroleum gas

The ERAVAP LPG is a highly precise, compact, user-friendly Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) and Dry Vapor Pressure Equivalent (DVPE) tester, augmented by a doubled pressure operating range up to 2000 kPa (290 psi). The ERAVAP LPG's precision ensures reliable volatility specification in a wide variety of research and mobile applications.

Designed for the everyday user

Fully automated.
Pressurized by design.

This device is designed for the everyday user and is fully automated, with minimal operator interactivity.

A small footprint, navigable interface, rugged aluminum casing, and simple operations make the ERAVAP a desirable unit for both laboratory and on-the-go vapor pressure testing. Quick connect inlets paired with a pressurized cylinder ensure LPGs maintain a pressurized environment, retaining the sample from escaping due to its high volatility.

High volatility stays contained.

Quick connect inlets paired with a pressurized cylinder keep LPG samples contained, with a dedicated pressure sensor rated to 2000 kPa and automated sample introduction that needs no external vacuum pump.

Built for lab and field

  • Fully automated
  • Minimal operator interactivity
  • Rugged aluminum casing
  • On-the-go vapor pressure testing

LPG applications + Compliance

System pressure.
Safety by design.

This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6897, making it the ideal unit for R&D, QC, and many more applications using a single analyzer. It also covers ASTM D5188, D5191, D6377, D6378, and EN 13016, so gasoline and crude oil methods run on the same instrument.

Applications of the ERAVAP LPG include

  • Analyze gas pressure potential in systems
  • Ensure safe high pressure system design
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance

Key measuring parameters

Three signals.
One LPG profile.

  1. 01

    Volatility

DVPE/RVPE measurement describing the volatility profile.

  2. 02

    Pressure Distribution

Gas (Pgas), absolute (Pabs), and total (Ptot) pressure measurements for each sample, across a 0 to 2000 kPa range.

  3. 03

    Vaporization Tendency

V/L ratio gives insight into the tendency of fuel to vaporize in an engine.
