Easy operation with sample stage at the front.
ERAFLASH S10: specifies fuels, analyzing fresh andused lubricating oils, and bitumen testing. The small sample
volume also renders it ideal for the more expensive samples
such as flavors & fragrances, cosmetics, paints and varnishes
or even hazardous waste. Gasoline Analysis: oxygenates, aromatics, OCTANE boosters, RON, MON, AKI, RVPE, VLI, density and distillation properties …
Alarm Tracking All alarm messages are stored in the database together with the result. Automatically shuts off and the problem is reported by buzzer and display.Videos

Built-in 10-port autosampler
Ten samples.
One unattended run.
Introducing the ERAFLASH S10: augmented ultra-wide range flash point tester maximized for high-volume autosampling
The ERAFLASH S10 is a compact, safe, and reliable flash point tester covering an incredibly wide temperature range with a built-in 10-port autosampler. With a continuously closed cup design paired with unparalleled thermoregulation using Peltier elements, the ERAFLASH S10 ensures maximized safety and efficiency while subsequently testing up to ten samples in one run.
High-volume autosampling

1–2 mL
Sample per test
Continuously closed cup design
With the distinct capability to incorporate both a high temperature and a low temperature module, this singular analyzer can cover a temperature range from −25 °C to 420 °C with only 1–2 mL of sample per test. To complete a test, the device produces an electric arc in a closed chamber to determine at which temperature the arc ignites the sample vapor, which is measured by the pressure change observed in ignition. The notable feature of the ERAFLASH S10 is the built-in autosampler, making it the ideal solution for unattended flash point testing.
Built for unattended flash point testing
Compliance / Correlation
Standards-ready.
High-volume capable.
ASTM D6450 · ASTM D7094
This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6450 and D7094 with a diverse array of correlation methods, making it the ideal solution for almost any flash point determination in both laboratory and on-the-go environments.
- 01
Temperature Range
−25 °C to 420 °C (−13 °F to 788 °F). Stand-alone range is 0 °C to 200 °C; the low end requires external cooling and the high end the optional High Temperature Module.
- 02
Flash Point + Flash/No Flash
Flash point corrected to sea level is displayed in units of temperature. In correlation tests: Flash versus No Flash determinations.
- 03
Pressure Change + Temperature
Largest pressure difference during the flash test. Live, expected, and corrected temperatures.
- 04
Unattended Throughput
Ten loaded samples in approximately 45 minutes, depending on temperature range.
Applications of the ERAFLASH S10
- Safety characteristic determination
- Transportation regulations compliance
- Appropriate storage requirements
- Aids in fire protection and investigation
