PAMAS S50
High-efficiency particle counter for laboratory applications.
Key Features:
- Precise and accurate particle size analysis.
- Simple operation.
- Robust construction for long-term laboratory use.
- Real-time data display and recording.
- Compliant with different standards.
ISO, 4406, 11171
The PAMAS S50 is a cost-effective, high-performance, laser-based online particle monitoring system with simple integration into industrial data management systems. Fully compliant with methods ISO 4406 AND ISO 11171, PAMAS S50 measures the cleanliness of mineral and synthetic oils in different industrial environments. Its rugged construction makes it resistant against mechanical, environmental and electrical threats.
An automatic digital flow rate determination provides accurate measurement results. The PAMAS S50 counts particles with high resolution in eight particle size channels, available via the data interface for report in real time to the PC. The triple code according to the cleanliness class standard ISO 4406 for the particle sizes > 4 m(c), > 6 m(c) and > 14 m(c) is indicated on the instrument display.
More than just providing the standard ISO code, PAMAS S50 is cost-effective and measures the particle number in eight different channels while giving early alerts. Also, it may serve as an interface for condition monitoring transferring four analog signals (4-20 mA) to a PC.
The PAMAS S50P is anadditional option to the online particle counter, with an integrated pump for flow control to a constant flow of 25 ml/min.

Features
The Pamas S50 is fully compliant with ISO providing both standard method and refined methodology.
Pamas S50 has the particle number and size distribution of all 8 size channels is reported in real time to the PC or PLC (programmable logic controller). The optional analysing software saves the measuring results and shows them in tables and graphs. This makes trends and events easily visible.
The Pamas S50 volumetric cell design of sensors measures 100% of the sample flow and guarantees highest accuracy and reproducibility. Pamas S50 Has a Fast screening test program for unknown samples.
Pamas S50 is equipped with a convenient and easy-to-follow navigator for calibration.
The PAMAS S50 measures the cleanliness of mineral and synthetic oils in different industrial environments. Its rugged construction makes it resistant against mechanical, environmental and electrical threats.
Due to PAMAS S50 accuracy and its trend monitoring and alarm features, this S40 Series reduces risk of failures and endures the reliability of the controlled operating system.
