   Automatic Assignment

   The results of the measurements are automatically received from the respective measuring devices and assigned to the corresponding sample.

   Scalable DBMS

   The scalable database management system forms the backbone of the software solution and enables real user administration, backups, and flexible use of the data.

   Lifetime License

   ERASOFT OCM is offered on a lifetime license basis. A local installation or a license model with a floating license can be selected for any user, and the licensing of the DBMS used is adjusted accordingly. The number of managed objects (assets, machines, vehicles, and so on) and connected measurement devices is unlimited.

This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6450 and D7094 with a diverse array of correlation methods, making it the ideal solution for almost any flash point determination in both laboratory and on-the-go environments.

ERADENS X combines a compact 32 × 16 × 34 cm design, a lightweight 7 kg build, and easy operation. It requires only a 2 cm³ sample and provides rapid results within 15 seconds after temperature equilibrium is reached. Its integrated color touchscreen simplifies operation, while USB, Ethernet, and RS-232 connectivity allow seamless transfer to LIMS, PCs, or printers. FillingProof™ technology provides automated bubble detection to verify bubble-free sample filling.

It is the first analyzer based on a new portable and easy-to-operate instrument platform, combining a rugged aluminum housing and compact dimensions with a large color touchscreen and a state-of-the-art built-in industry PC.

A small footprint, navigable interface, rugged aluminum casing, and simple operations make the ERAVAP a desirable unit for both laboratory and on-the-go vapor pressure testing. Quick connect inlets paired with a pressurized cylinder ensure LPGs maintain a pressurized environment, retaining the sample from escaping due to its high volatility.

Quick connect inlets paired with a floating piston cylinder (FPC) ensure live crude oil maintains a pressurized environment to retain its volatile components.

Stacked Peltier cooling

A faster descent
into the cold.

The stacked Peltier design allows measurements according to ASTM D7094 with oven temperatures as low as −40 °C, and the cooling speed of the instrument was increased by approximately 35%. With ERAFLASH LT, simple low-temperature flash point testing is possible without the need to cool the equipment with dry ice or other substances.

The ERAFLASH LT flash point tester is also equipped with a coolant valve that automatically shuts the coolant flow off if not needed. This helps to eliminate condensation of humidity on the cooler. Ice formation on the oven surface during the cool-down period is prevented by using a cooling cup that shields the surface from the ambient air.
